• Proof of residence (SMUD Bill, mortgage statement or lease agreement)

• Immunizations (exemptions available through your provider)

• Birth certificate

• 1st grade needs copy of most recent physical

• Parent ID's (listed on Birth Certificate)

Please note this is registration for NEW Students. If your student is currently attending Arcohe you DO NOT need to re-enroll.

Please make sure to select the correct school year when enrolling. After completing the online enrollment application, you will be contacted once your application is reviewed.
